Qualifications

  • Experience in a Corporate Sales or Management role within the Motor Trade is essential.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Job description

As the corporate sales manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to help deliver exemplary customer service. As well as coaching and developing colleagues to deliver and surpass our company targets. This includes:

  • To develop and agree Corporate Sales Plans, Budgets and Overheads in order to achieve Sales Volumes and Financial Targets.
  • Direct and control activities of Corporate sales staff, so Targets and Budgets are achieved
  • Ensure the Corporate Sales Department consistently develops existing accounts and secures new business in the Non-Direct and Direct Sales Channels
  • To ensure a robust process is followed for Non-Direct & Direct BMW & MINI enquiries and referrals
  • Responsible for ensuring BMW/MINI Corporate Certified standards are maintained and twice-yearly audits are passed
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always achieved
  • Continue strong working relationships with BMW UK, MINI UK & Alphabet GB
  • Use an approved FCA approach in the sale and presentation of Financial Products
  • Attend End User & Lease Co review meetings, BMW Academy Training - Full manufacturer technical certification training with progression to become a Master Technician - Including electrical & hybrid maintenance.

To be considered for this role the candidate will have previous experience in a Corporate Sales or Management role within the Motor Trade. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance, people management and excellent communication skills. This is a fast pace environment so the ideal candidate must be good under pressure and be able to multi-task. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Salary: £50,000 with an OTE £75,000

Working Hours: 40hrs Monday- Friday
