A leading charity organization is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Accounts Officer for a 4.5-month temporary contract in Stevenage. You will manage relationships with corporate partners, provide excellent customer service, and support fundraising activities. Ideal candidates should have interpersonal skills and experience in customer service. This position offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the charity sector.
We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Accounts Officer to join our award-winning team on a 4.5 month temporary contract. Sitting within our Income & Engagement directorate, you’ll be part of the Account Management sub-team, who work with our portfolio of corporate partners to grow impact and deepen relationships. You’ll provide first-class customer service to our corporate supporters, act as the first point of contact for employee and charity champion enquiries, and support the delivery of fundraising activities and events. You will also manage your own smaller partnerships, help deliver toolkits, communications, and engagement activities, and provide efficient administrative support to keep the team running smoothly.
