Corporate New Business Broker - Leeds (Hybrid Working)

We are currently working with a very reputable insurance brokers who currently have a number of regional offices across the North of England. This particular role would be based out of the Leeds office, and they would support some home working if desired.

The Role: -

This is a Corporate New Business Broking role where you would be dealing with a diverse range of trades and sectors and looking after their largest new business accounts. It is essential that you are technically strong, and it would be advantageous if you have some key insurer contacts within the local insurance markets.

This is a growing business and there is therefore massive scope to develop further within the business.

Your responsibilities will include –

  • Negotiating new business risks in line with pre-agreed strategies
  • Attending clients visits alongside the executive team as and when required
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with both team Executives, fellow Brokers and the insurance market
  • Be proactive in your approach and a desire to win new business opportunities and think outside the box
  • Working to company compliance procedures and within current operating guidelines and systems
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products and sector conditions

As standard, this opportunity comes with an attractive basic salary up to £50K (Possibly more) and excellent staff benefits in addition.
