Surrey

Are you a senior corporate lawyer looking for a first Managing Associate role with a clear track into Partnership in the future? Maybe you are an existing Senior Associate looking to join a market leading team?

This is an excellent Corporate Senior or Managing Associate opportunity with a progressive, forward moving Top 100 UK law firm. No following required.

The Firm:

Our client is a robust and well-managed law firm, home to a strong corporate M&A practice serving clients from start ups and partnerships to larger listed businesses on a range of interesting transactions. This firm is characterised by its supportive, "people first" culture.

The Role:

In line with the firm's strategic business plan, the firm is keen to appoint a corporate managing associate to join their busy M&A group in a ready made, budgeted role. This opportunity would suit an existing senior corporate lawyer already practising in a mid-market SE or City firm. The firm would be particularly keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers at Senior / Managing Associate level or equivalent who are looking for a partnership level opportunity in the future.

You:

As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized M&A transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

This is a key long-term role offering a strong partnership platform, high levels of autonomy and client focus as well as a well defined and proven support framework to allow you to transition into a successful partnership position with the firm.
