A local government organization in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Corporate Landlord Fire Safety Officer to manage fire safety protocols across a portfolio of properties. The role involves conducting fire audits, assessments, and implementing safety measures. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 NEBOSH Certificate, relevant experience, and excellent ICT skills. We are seeking an experienced fire safety advisor/risk assessor to join our Facilities Team. You will be part of a small team with responsibility for a portfolio of 80+ properties, including Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings, that support front line service delivery.
In this role you will work with on‑site building managers to carry out fire safety audits and fire risk assessments and plan and implement fire safety measures. The work is very varied with different challenges every day and you will be responding to a range of reactive issues, investigating the cause and identifying appropriate solutions.
