A prominent healthcare organization in Chester is looking for a Corporate Information Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team. The role involves designing dashboards, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights. Candidates should have strong skills in data visualization tools like Power BI and excellent communication abilities. Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS to provide insight and support data-driven decision-making
Engage with stakeholders (including senior managers and clinicians) to gather requirements, communicate insights, and translate technical findings into actionable outcomes
Extract, transform and analyse data from a variety of sources to support operational and strategic initiatives
Interpret national and local guidance to develop and maintain appropriate datasets, dataflows, and reporting processes
Investigate and respond to ad-hoc data queries, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery
Work collaboratively with the wider Data & Analytics team, sharing expertise and supporting continuous improvement
Understand and document business processes and workflows to inform data solutions
Apply data governance principles and follow established change management procedures to maintain data quality, consistency, and security
