Responsibilities

• Financial modelling / cashflow forecasts
• Producing and appraising business plans and financial budgets
• Business valuations
• Acquirer / target research
• Producing sales memoranda
• Financial due diligence reviews on behalf of buyers / investors including detailed analysis of key financial indicators
• Liaising with management teams and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of services

You will also be responsible for the management of CF executives. There is a fast track to partnership available in the role

The salary on offer is up to 70k, depending upon experience, plus bonus. The ideal candidate MUST be north-west based and ideally have 2 to 3 years experience in a Corporate Finance Team.
