As Group Executive Chef, you will have strategic and creative oversight across multiple sites, working closely with senior leadership to deliver unforgettable dining experiences. You will:

  • Develop innovative menus that champion quality, seasonality and excellence
  • Maintain premium standards at scale – combining Michelin‑level finesse with high‑volume operational capability
  • Drive consistency, training and performance across all kitchens

We are seeking a proven culinary leader who has:

  • Extensive multi‑site Executive Chef or Group Chef experience
  • The ability to deliver exceptional quality at volume, without compromise
  • Outstanding leadership skills — able to motivate, mentor and grow teams
  • Experience with pre‑openings, new concept development and large‑scale operations
  • A forward‑thinking, collaborative and commercially minded approach
  • A passion for pushing culinary boundaries while maintaining brand consistency

You must be London‑based (or willing to relocate) and fully eligible to work in the UK.
