What I will be doing

You’ll coordinate and support live corporate development projects, leading due diligence, legal negotiations and transaction execution where required. This includes building and reviewing valuation models and financial analysis to support internal approvals, managing deal timelines, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. You’ll also contribute to post‑deal integration or separation activity, mentor and develop corporate development managers, and help build a strong pipeline of future opportunities through market and industry research. Working closely with corporate strategy, you’ll ensure development activity aligns to Sage’s wider strategic priorities.

Job Description

Support the EVP Corporate Development and broader Corporate Development team in the identification, evaluation and execution of selected strategic activities including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority interest investments across the world, including commercial review and appropriate business analysis.
