Overview

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, £80,000+ (DOE). Are you an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor ready to take that next step in your career? JOB REF:1641

Responsibilities
  • As a senior leader, you’ll combine legal expertise with business acumen.
  • You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
  • Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts and franchise agreements, and shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements.
  • Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Play an active role in business development, networking, and local professional engagement.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 7 years PQE with proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong ability to manage a busy caseload across diverse business matters.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in handling complex transactions and client negotiations.
  • A passion for outstanding client care, with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • A proactive, commercially aware mindset and enthusiasm for developing new business opportunities.
