The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join their flourishing Basingstoke, Hampshire office.

You will collaborate with partners on high-quality caseloads involving mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and more.

You will work on dynamic caseloads built from years of servicing local clients, with excellent community links and a varied client base. You will be supported and encouraged to develop your business and grow the department in a friendly environment.

Requirements:

• You will ideally have at least 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• You will have experience in a claimant background
• You will be ambitious and dynamic
