Salary: £70,000-£85,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

This pioneering law firm is expanding its Corporate team with an Associate focused on energy and sustainability. Based in Southampton, the hybrid setup offers a balanced, flexible approach to working while placing you in one of the UK's most dynamic regional hubs for energy innovation.

You'll act for developers, investors, utilities, and community organisations driving the energy transition, advising on M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments and governance. You'll get early responsibility, client interaction, and mentoring that fast-tracks your technical and commercial growth.

We're looking for a qualified solicitor (2+ PQE) with experience in energy or sustainability projects-renewables, infrastructure, net zero, natural capital, or heat networks. If you're passionate about the energy shift and want to help drive it forward, we want to hear from you.
