The Work

You will be exposed early to complex, high-value transactions across:

• Mid-market M&A
• Private equity and growth capital
• Management buy-outs and buy-ins
• Joint ventures and restructurings
• Corporate finance
• Strategic advisory work

The role offers hands-on involvement from day one, working closely with a Legal 500-ranked partner and a technically strong, collaborative team that places real emphasis on developing junior lawyers.
