A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Chester is looking for a Solicitor to join their Corporate and Commercial team.

The Role

As a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team, you'll step into a thriving, supportive team and work on your own varied caseload of interesting work.

• Day-to-day: Manage your own caseload consisting of a wide range of matters, including but not limited to sales, mergers and acquisitions; contract law; corporate finance and business investment support; restructuring and share structures; IP; private equity and succession planning
• Learning environment: Be mentored by experienced solicitors who will take the time to answer your questions and help you to progress
• Progression: Here, you will gain exposure to increasingly complex work and be encouraged to develop your career further. Today you will enter the team as a Solicitor, but over time you will progress to Associate, Senior Associate and beyond
