  • Work closely with third-party custodians, fund managers, and internal departments to ensure accurate data flow and timely execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with key internal stakeholders regarding status updates and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Corporate Actions team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Quality Control & Process Improvement
  • Support quality assurance reviews to confirm accuracy and consistency of processing.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
  • Keep up to date with market and regulatory changes affecting corporate actions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with CREST or equivalent systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience within Corporate Actions or a related area of investment operations (e.g. settlements, reconciliations, asset servicing) is desirable.
  • Understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle and related financial instruments.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
What You’ll Need to Succeed at FNZ
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, global business.
