Our client, a leading global company in sustainable and innovative solutions, is looking for aCorporate Account Director – Retain & Grow (m/f/d) to lead and develop a high-performing team across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Switzerland, and Benelux regions.

This strategic leadership role is designed for a high-potential, results-driven professional who can elevate the team, challenge the status quo, and drive sustainable growth within a competitive market. The successful candidate will manage a team of 5-7 Corporate Account Managerswith a clear focus on retention, expansion, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development – Inspire, coach, and empower a team of Corporate Account Managers to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Strategic Account Management – Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive retention and expansion, ensuring profitable, long-term customer relationships.
Business Growth & Market Expansion – Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and strengthen customer networks at a regional and global level.
High-Level Negotiations – Lead complex negotiations for multi-million-pound contracts, ensuring profitability and strong customer commitment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales leaders, finance, and global account teams to optimize resources and drive business impact.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of innovation by supporting new product launches and business transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in B2B corporate account management, sales leadership, or strategic business development.
A high-potential leader with the ability to challenge, inspire, and drive change.
Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a competitive, international environment.
Expertise in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts across multiple regions.
Diverse thinking & innovation-driven approach, capable of shaping the future of the business.
Fluency in English (C1 level); additional languages are an advantage.
Availability to travel (approx. 60%) to work closely with customers and local teams.
