At Protocol Education, we partner with secondary schools across Leeds and Wakefield to help graduates and subject specialists gain paid, hands-on experience in schools. It’s a brilliant stepping stone if you’re considering teacher training or a long-term career in education.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting Maths, English or Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Working alongside experienced teachers in the classroom
• Providing 1:1 or small group academic support
• Helping pupils stay focused, confident and engaged with learning

You’ll build classroom confidence, sharpen your subject delivery and see what teaching is really like day to day.
