A local government authority in Bracknell is seeking a full-time copywriter to create engaging content for various platforms. We have a great opportunity for a copywriter on a full time, fixed-term basis. Any successful internal candidate will be offered the position as a secondment and, in line with Section 8.1 of the Secondment Policy, must consult with their manager before applying.

We are looking for someone who loves words and is passionate about transforming dull, dry text into engaging copy. You will help others improve their writing for a range of audiences and support them to produce clear, accessible copy and strong messaging.
The Communications and Marketing team is small and collaborative. We work across the organisation and seek modern, accessible ways to communicate with residents. We avoid fluff and focus on important, real-time communications and marketing with an impact on our residents and community. You will take ownership of your work, time and stakeholders with support available when needed.
