Job description

The available roles will support programme advisory and delivery commissions across the whole programme lifecycle including programme definition, delivery model and organisational design, programme readiness, maturity assessments, programme management and PMO design, leadership and implementation. Depending on an individual's grade, example role duties include:

    >Lead the team in the delivery of its strategic goals in relation to capability, growth and commercial targets;
  • Lead or support the delivery of significant, complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Ensure commissions are managed and delivered to the appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations;
  • Ensure a robust approach to risk identification, evaluation and mitigation is applied to all commissions;
  • Demonstrate leadership in the implementation of AECOM health, safety and environment requirements;
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and members of cross-functional teams to support successful delivery;
  • Identify and act upon business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities within and without the team;
  • Lead and support the development of proposals through the entire bid process;
  • Ensure all direct reports are engaged, developed and supported along their own career journeys; and
  • Identify opportunities to share knowledge and best practice and promote the team both internally and externally with clients and relevant industry bodies.
