Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor with a residential property background to join their highly respected in-house legal team. Based in London, this company offers hybrid working and would consider candidates looking to work in the office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete conveyancing transactions relating to freehold, leasehold, residential landlord and tenant matters.
• Perform property due diligence and handle residential conveyancing transactions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, a Chartered Legal Executive or CLC.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and stand on your own two feet.
• Candidate with at least 5 years’ experience is an approximate guideline; the client is happy to consider applicants outside this range if they have the relevant experience.
