1. Experience working within a Conveyancing team, handling all aspects of the conveyancing process.
2. Law graduate qualification is useful but not essential.
3. Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals.
4. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
5. Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchases, and remortgages, from opening files to post-completion.
