What you'll be doing
  • Responsibility for managing and leading your established team of 6 Fee Earners
  • Liaising with the management team at Partner level
  • Responsible for the stability and overall growth of the team and department over time
What you will have
  • Must have demonstrable experience of working in Conveyancing and a desire to step into a managerial position
  • Have experience of using a Case Management system
  • Be a motivated self-starter, able to work effectively and efficiently, whilst also being an engaging and motivating leader
  • Be either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or possess a significant amount of experience as a Fee Earner
