Overview

An established and well-regarded law firm in Faversham is seeking a proactive and organised Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their growing property team. The Role

As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you’ll play a key role in supporting the property team with a range of administrative and client-facing duties, including:

  • Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Managing diaries and arranging client appointments
  • Handling phone calls and email enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties
  • Assisting with file opening, AML checks, and general administration

You’ll be joining a friendly and professional team, where your contributions are genuinely valued, and there’s room to develop your skills further.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential conveyancing
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
