The Role

You will work within the Conveyancing Department, providing high-quality administrative and legal support to fee earners, enabling them to focus on more complex legal matters. You will play a key role in supporting transactions and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing client matters where appropriate
  • Typing correspondence, opening new files, and file management
  • Ordering searches and Land Registry documentation
  • Preparing files for billing
  • Screening incoming calls and managing correspondence
  • Sorting and prioritising mail, emails, and messages
  • Preparing straightforward legal documents
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to clients
  • Assisting with client liaison and transaction updates
  • Supporting reception cover when required
  • Working in accordance with LEXCEL standards and Law Society requirements
  • Understanding Solicitors Accounts Rules relating to client monies
