Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer: This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive property team in Bracknell. The role offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) plus company pension, discretionary bonus scheme, hybrid working, CPD support, parking facilities, and annual salary reviews.

Position Overview

Manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re‑mortgages, lease extensions, and related matters. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department and other fee earners, supported by a team of legal assistants.
