Overview

Are you a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant with at least 12 months of hands-on experience? Looking to join a supportive, well-established firm where your hard work is recognised and there’s a clear path to progress? A respected law firm based in Walton-on-Thames is looking to add a proactive and detail-focused Paralegal/Assistant to their busy Residential Property team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working closely with an experienced Conveyancer, supporting them across a full range of residential property matters — from instruction to post-completion.

Your role will include:

  • Preparing and drafting legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
  • Carrying out searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
  • Assisting with file opening and compliance checks
  • Supporting smooth and efficient progression of transactions

There’s also real potential here to develop into a fee-earning role if that’s something you’re working towards.
