Our client is seeking a professional and highly organised Administrator to join its busy Residential Property team based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong secretarial or administrative background to support a well-regarded legal team.

Responsibilities
  • Open new client matters on the case management system for all Midlands offices
  • Set up physical files for the Solihull property team
  • Provide professional and friendly client support via telephone and email
  • Prepare and send Client Care Packs (by email or post)
  • Produce quotes for residential property sales and purchases
  • Scan documents and manage archiving of closed files
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information
  • Assist with general office administration as required
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven background in administration or secretarial work (legal experience preferred)
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner both in person and on the phone
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
