Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Conveyancing

Location: Various West Yorkshire Offices

Hours: Full time / Part time

About the Firm

A highly regarded, award‑winning law firm with multiple offices across West Yorkshire is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant. Location is flexible depending on where the candidate is based and full time / part time hours are available. The firm is known for its strong values, supportive culture, and commitment to providing an enjoyable and professional working environment.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful Residential Conveyancing team, supporting experienced Fee Earners and ensuring a seamless service for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling client and third‑party queries.
  • Assisting with completions and conducting searches.
  • Drafting and typing correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and referrers.
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support.
About You
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing support role is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
  • Experience using SOS or similar case management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
