Conveyancing Assistant Role

Location: Pendle, Lancashire
Role: Full time in the office

This is a dynamic multi-office practice which provides a comprehensive range of legal services to clients across the Northwest. The firm recognises that people are the firm's most valuable asset, the company invests in training and development initiatives while providing a supportive yet high-quality work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Conveyancers in managing caseloads by carrying out legal procedures as instructed
  • Handle file-related enquiries, both in person and over the phone, to assist with case progression
  • Contribute to the efficient and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters
  • Aid in the maintenance and organisation of client files through effective file management
  • Ensure clients are treated courteously and efficiently, referring legal issues to the Conveyancer where appropriate
  • Attend to clients by taking instructions and conducting necessary correspondence and telephone enquiries
  • Follow correct firm procedures and systems to manage cases in line with legal standards and internal policies

  • Conveyancing Assistant who is reliable, diligent and keen to learn
