Responsibilities
  • Assist solicitors and licensed conveyancers in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Manage a high volume of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, leases, and mortgage deeds
  • Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence investigations
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant with millennia of experience, you will play a crucial role in our firm's property law practice. Your vast knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, including:

  1. Case Management
    • You will be responsible for managing a high volume of conveyancing cases from start to finish. This includes:
    • Opening new files and conducting initial client consultations
    • Preparing and sending out client care letters and other necessary documentation
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, both electronically and in hard copy
    • Monitoring case progress and ensuring all deadlines are met
    • Closing files upon completion of transactions and archiving them appropriately
