About the Role

• Manage residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions
• Draft contracts, conduct property searches, and review legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong professional relationships

About You

• Qualified Conveyancer (CILEx or Solicitor) or significant experience in conveyancing
