Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE

Location: Office-based - Birmingham
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a role with a well-established, community-focused High Street firm? We are seeking a 5+ years PQE solicitor to join our small, friendly team.

About Us

We are a long-established, service-oriented firm with over 35 years of history on the High Street. Our reputation has been built on personal service, attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships - many of our instructions come from repeat business, local referrals, and family connections.

We are not a "volume" or "cut-price" conveyancing firm. Instead, we pride ourselves on quality, client care, and professional integrity.

About the Role

This is a new position created to support the smooth running of the office. The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to take on management responsibilities in due course and play a key part in the continued success and stability of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Maintaining the firm's high standards of client service and professional conduct
  • Building and sustaining strong client and referrer relationships
  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of the office as experience and confidence grow
About You
  • Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
  • Value client service and local reputation over volume targets
  • Be comfortable working in an office-based, traditional High Street setting
