Overview

We are pleased to be working with a highly respected and long-established law firm, who are expanding their Conveyancing team, based in Rotherham. Known for delivering high-quality, client-focused services, the firm offers a supportive environment with excellent scope for progression.

You'll handle a broad mix of residential property matters within a friendly and collaborative team, working with a loyal client base including individuals, agents, and developers.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
  • Ensuring all matters comply with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team
About You
  • Ideally around 5 years' experience; you do not need to be a qualified solicitor
  • Able to run a conveyancing caseload independently, or with minimal support
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines
