As an ambitious Residential Property/Conveyancing Fee Earner, you should ideally possess up to 3 years of experience in residential property. You will manage, process, and complete the entire spectrum of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

This position is crafted for someone with sufficient experience to work autonomously while still receiving full support from the team leader and senior team members.

You will report to and be supported by the residential property head of department, ensuring a well-structured and nurturing working environment. You will be given opportunities to engage in additional business development and be supported to grow and develop your own reputation across the region, building long-standing relationships with your clients.
