  • Managing Personal Conflicts of Interest, including Personal Account Dealing and Outside Business Activity
  • Managing Transactional Conflict of Interest, including Conflicts of Interest and Information Barriers
  • Managing the EMEA Permanent Insider List
  • Managing the Watch List and Restricted List
  • Managing the Wall Crossings Process
  • Provide policy guidance and support to the wider Private Side Advisory function
Profile

A successful Control Room AVP should have:

  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Control Room Operations an
  • Experience in risk management or compliance roles.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
