We're on the lookout for a sharp, solutions-focused Contracts Specialist to join our team. You'll be the go-to expert for all things contracts - drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements that keep our operations running smoothly and securely.



What You'll Be Doing:


  • Draft & Negotiate: Create and review contracts across a variety of areas - SLAs, DPAs, licensing terms and variation letters.

  • Risk Management: Spot potential pitfalls before they become problems and ensure every contract aligns with legal standards and company policies.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to make sure contracts support our strategic goals.

  • Organise & Track: Maintain a central contract repository and monitor key dates, renewals, and obligations.

  • Advise & Educate: Provide guidance to internal teams on contract terms and best practices, making the complex feel simple.



What You'll Bring:


  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (legal qualifications are a bonus!)

  • Solid experience in contract management, legal support, or procurement

  • A strong grasp of contract law and commercial terms

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • A detail-driven mindset and top-notch organisational skills

  • Confidence using contract management tools and Microsoft Office
