As a Commercial Insights Executive, you'll play a key role in enhancing market intelligence and supporting Bauer's commercial strategy. You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables that help strengthen agency and client relationships. Your ability to turn data into compelling narratives will empower our commercial teams to make informed decisions and drive business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creativity in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with sales teams to ensure insights drive business forward
  • Providing compelling, data‑driven narratives for commercial audiences
  • Delivering regular market intelligence across the business
  • Using research and market information creatively to support sales and research projects
  • Designing and executing primary research to answer business‑critical questions
  • Contributing to ad‑hoc research and audience‑led projects
  • Interrogating existing research sources to uncover commercial opportunities
Qualifications
  • Analytical thinker with an enquiring mind
  • Highly numerate and articulate with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data creatively
  • Flexible approach with excellent prioritisation skills
