A respected construction refurbishment main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple commercial refurbishment schemes across London and the South East. With projects reaching up to £3.5m, this senior role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to the continued success of a well-regarded contractor. Working from the Stratford office and attending regular site visits, you will lead project teams, uphold programme performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality refurbishment works.

• Conduct regular site visits across London and the South East

• Review and update project programmesEnsure health & safety compliance across all sites
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination
• Approve valuations, variations, and project reporting
• Support tender reviews and project planning
• Drive continuous improvement across project teams
• Report directly to senior leadership on overall project performance
