Benefits

Salary £50,000-£75,000 (DOE)

Gross profit bonus – typically £10,000

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or similar role) within an M&E or HVAC maintenance environment.
• Strong technical understanding of M&E and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance of multiple maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor contract financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control.
