A local government authority in England is seeking a professional for a role in housing compliance. You will be responsible for delivering compliance servicing, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to building legislation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in housing maintenance compliance and relevant qualifications. This an exciting role within Winchester City Council's housing team., Working with the M&E Compliance Manager to review Compliance servicing, key repair data and surveys.
Create scopes of work considering other teams within WCC, current legislation and family's requirements.
Manage delivery of works on site with robust performance management, H&S management, customer communications and delivery assurance.
Supporting the Landlord Service in informing and enabling effective communication with all stakeholders including supporting the development and delivery of resident engagement strategies in relation to planned maintenance.
The need to demonstrate sound problem solving and decision making in day to day working practices and show the highest personal standards of integrity and conduct ensuring all Winchester City Council policies and procedures are always adhered to.
Building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, contacts and other stakeholders to ensure our customers safety and our reputation as a social landlord.
