• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within RC frame or groundworks projects.
• Experience managing projects up to £12 million.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, procurement, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Northern Home Counties.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the commercial management of multiple RC frame and groundworks projects. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure financial control, contractual compliance, and successful delivery across the regional portfolio.

• Full commercial management of projects from contract award to final account
