Location: Remote + Central London Sites

About the Company

A leading specialist in high-end restaurant, bar and hotel fit-out projects. Known for delivering fast-paced, design-led interiors across London's most iconic hospitality venues, they manage both premium independent schemes and major flagship roll-outs.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee multiple fit-out projects across central London, ensuring that quality, programme and commercial targets are met. You'll take responsibility for liaising with clients, design teams and subcontractors, driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple hospitality fit-out contracts simultaneously
  • Lead and support site teams, ensuring programme, budget and quality adherence
  • Drive operational performance and commercial efficiency
  • Build strong client relationships and protect project profitability
  • Oversee project planning, procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements
  • Report on financials, progress and risk management to senior leadership
