Overview

Are you an experienced Commercial professional with a background in the Aerospace & Defence sector? Join a forward-looking organisation at the forefront of technology, working on strategically important projects for UK and international customers.

Role

The Role

As part of a multi-functional Integrated Project Team (IPT), you'll play a key role in business-winning activities and contract management. From drafting and negotiating contracts to supporting bids and proposals, you'll help secure and deliver complex, high-value programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of complex contracts and agreements (NDAs, software licensing, MoUs, etc.)
  • Provide commercial support across bids, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and change management
  • Manage commercial risk, ensuring compliance with processes and approvals
  • Represent the Commercial function in customer and supplier meetings
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver value across projects
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Commercial Management and/or Business Winning within Aerospace & Defence
  • Strong contract negotiation and administration skills in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Experience working with medium-to-high value contracts
  • Ability to work collaboratively within IPTs and manage priorities effectively
