Position: Contracts Delivery Manager (Electrical Bias)

Base Location: Bathgate

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per year

Role Overview

Our company is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Delivery Manager to join our team in Bathgate.

The Contracts Manager will efficiently manage contracts for the Company, ensuring the works are completed to the standard required and within the work program timescales, whilst also ensuring all works are undertaken in line with Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise electrical contracts and PV Batteryrenewable installations ensuring that contracts are delivered in line with budget/target expectations.
  • Manage installers to deliver programmed jobs and visit contracts to ensure all subcontractor and projects are operating within the parameters set out by the client. high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients liaising effectively via formal and informal meetings.
  • Survey, plan and quality control all installations to confirm that all work carried out is kept to our high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Work in conjunction with the Operations Manager and SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance is kept to a high standard with regards to H&S.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working as a Contracts Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in Retrofit or Construction and dealing with UK Government funding (HUG/SHDF) would be highly advantageous.
  • The ability to identify potential pitfalls and implement recovery plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Asta programme packages.
  • Self-driven and results orientated with a strong Health & Safety ethos.
  • Ability to make rational decisions under pressure.

For this role it is also required that you should have a Full UK Driver’s License.
