Job description

We're looking for a Contractor Payment Administrator to join us in Bradford on a 6-month fixed‑term contract. Reporting into the Contractor Payments Lead, you will facilitate the processing of Applications for Payment (AFP) within the CPA system and progress them through to payment. You will be responsible for dealing with any queries that arise as well as problem‑solving any AFPs that are invalid. Within this role you will also support the processing of Exceptions where our automation Bot has not been able to wholly process the AFP. The role requires working with the Contractor Payments SME, Commercial and External contract partners to resolve queries and unsuccessful claims (AFPs). Based in our Liberty Shared Services (LSS), you will act as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Process claims received by contract partners and review and process any Bot exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Work with key stakeholders, Commercial and External contract partners to ensure fast queries resolution relating to all aspects of claims and payments.
  • Contribute towards the overall LSS strategy, identifying opportunities to improve processes to lead to a more streamlined and efficient department.
  • Support pre and post‑application data validation to ensure partner applications are processed efficiently.

Desirable
  • Experience processing on any ERP where accuracy and completeness are key.
  • Previous experience working in a large organization.
  • Some knowledge of Lean Sigma performance and quality methodologies within a transactional environment (desired but not essential).
