A regional NHS Trust is looking for a Facilities Site Manager responsible for overseeing site management and ensuring that assistant services meet legislation and customer standards. Candidates should be passionate about patient care and demonstrate experience in managing services and teams effectively. The role requires shift work and the ability to manage change, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.
Based within the Estates and Facilities Directorate and more specifically within Hotel Services the Facilities Site Manager role responsible for monitoring of all site management arrangements on all sites within the post holder's area of responsibility.
The post holder will be based at Acklam Road, overseeing the Trust wide and will be required to work shifts that include late shifts for monitoring purposes. You should be highly motivated, reliable, and flexible.
