Love Nokwol – Part-Time Sales Associate – Nokwol Flagship Store, Chelsea

Location: 13 King’s Road, Chelsea, London

Hours: Part-Time | Weekends + Peak Trade Periods (20 Hours Guaranteed/Week)

Rate: £14 per hour (contracted) + Commission on Sales

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming store experience
• Build solid product knowledge across Nokwol and our multibrand range
• Support sales during busy hours and help with day-to-day store operations
• Work efficiently with the team to keep the shop floor running smoothly
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Uphold the brand values of Nokwol and wider team

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred but not essential
• Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
• Passionate about sneakers, shoes, and great customer experience
• Must be available to work weekends and key busy periods (e.g., holidays, launches)
• Punctual, dependable, and able to keep up with a fast retail pace
