Overview

Contract/ Temporaries Recruitment Consultant – £20,000 – £32,000 plus High Commission. Location: Kingston. Regions: London, South East.

Responsibilities

• Recruit staff on a temporary basis across Construction disciplines for large national Contractors and regional smaller contractors.
• Source and place management staff including Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Foremen, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Site Managers and Assistants.
• Develop and grow your own section, establishing a high billing desk with opportunities to manage a team or develop individual skills.
• Engage with recruiters who have entrepreneurial flair and a strong drive and passion for contract/temporaries recruitment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, with a proven ability to work in the temporaries/contract desk; construction sector experience is advantageous but not essential if you have relevant temporaries recruitment experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and commitment to recruitment success.
