The role

As a Contract Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Electro-Mechanical Training Contract (EMTC), ensuring smooth delivery and compliance. It’s an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to projects that support national defence.

Day-to-day, you’ll help maintain governance, manage reporting, and support key decision‑making processes that keep our training programmes running efficiently.

  • Taking accurate minutes during contract meetings and ensuring clear records of actions and decisions
  • Coordinating and recording contract performance data, producing monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Administering contract change processes and supporting governance meetings
  • Managing timesheets, expenses, purchase orders, and reconciliation tasks using SAP and SharePoint
  • Overseeing training expenses, travel bookings, and month‑end reporting in line with contract deliverables

This role is part time, 24 hours per week working onsite with 1 day working from home.

Essential experience of the Contract Support Coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and database tools
  • Proven experience producing high‑quality, precise meeting minutes
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing purchase orders, expenses, reconciliations, and financial reporting accurately
Qualifications for the Contract Support Coordinator
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or 3 years’ experience in a similar role
