A large energy company in the UK is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead a team focused on managing contracts for various projects. You will provide guidance on best practices, ensuring compliance and quality assurance, all while developing reporting mechanisms for better decision-making. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience in contract management, full UK driving license, and a degree in a related field. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits within a hybrid working model.
We are currently recruiting for two permanent, full-time Contracts Managers and one 12-month fixed-term contract to shape the contracting approach to our LionLink Offshore Hybrid Asset project and the Future of IFA Project. As a Contract Manager you’ll be advising various teams on best practice in Contract Management. You will also support the development of our contract management maturity as we look to improve how we manage our supply chain across our portfolio, this will involve working on inter-team and business improvement projects as part of your day-to-day role. This role comes with direct line management as you will have a team of 1-2 Quantity Surveyors who are each supported by their own teams of Contract Analysts and Administrators. If you have working knowledge of standard form contracts (NEC, FIDIC and Bespoke) and also experience of leading others working in contract management within a construction or operational environment previously we would love to hear from you! This role is hybrid and you can enjoy working from our office in Warwick or London and home; travel to sites will be required, so you must have a full UK driving licence.

A competitive salary between £59,000 - £72,000 per annum depending on capability. In addition to base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a contributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 12%.
